At Refresh City Day Spa it is our aim to provide the perfect escape, an inner city sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  Your space to melt away and distress. “Refresh” is ideal for an indulgent, pampering experience whether you are getting ready for a special occasion or just decided it is time to reconnect with the most important person in your life – YOU!  We want you to make the most of your time with us so here are our 5 top tips for the ultimate time out …………..

  1. Take the day off!  No better time than NOW to take advantage of our fantastic services. We provide facial treatments, massage therapy (why not try our luxurious hot stone massage), heated mud wraps & body scrubs, hand & feet treatments, tanning & waxing.
  2. Plan your experience!  Check out our website, drop by and pick up a brochure.  Better still, make time to chat with us.  We love to make suggestions and to explain our specials.  Create your own Spa Package!
  3. Arrive early!  Once you have made your booking, aim to arrive early to give you time to meet your therapist, to relax & unwind before your Spa experience starts.  There is nothing more stressful than rushing and being late!
  4. Dress comfortably! Wear loose clothing and remember if pampering your feet is part of your Spa experience, flip flops are highly recommended to ensure your freshly painted nails are given time to dry (more importantly you can flash those fabulous feet).
  5. Share the experience! Why not share your “Refresh Spa Experience” with a loved one or a friend(s).  With our convenient location right in the heart of the city, take advantage after your visit with us to enjoy a beverage or meal at one of the many cafes and restaurants nearby or take a stroll along the Esplanade.

At “Refresh” our aim is to provide you with a truly relaxing experience – a micro mini holiday to relax, distress & reconnect.  It is really important to look after YOU!

PS: By the way, a visit to us makes for a great Gift Voucher for the special someone
